Shipping Policy

All orders placed before 5:30 PM (local time) on a business day will be processed and prepared for shipment the same day.

Please note that orders placed after 5:30 PM may require an additional business day for delivery.

Shipping:

Shipping is completely FREE for all customers in the Netherlands—no hidden fees. For customers in other EU countries (excluding the Netherlands), a flat €5 shipping fee applies.

Track & Trace:
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package and stay informed about its delivery status.

Packaging Quality:
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that your products arrive safely and in optimal condition.

Holidays and exceptions:
Please note that delivery times may vary on national holidays and during special offers. However, we will always do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
