Pet Perfect Return Policy

At Umi Pet, we do our best to satisfy you and your furry friend with high-quality products and fast service. Not completely satisfied? No problem – returns are possible under the conditions below.

You can return your order within 30 days of the order date . Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside this period.

Send us an email at info@umi-pet.com to register your return. Once approved, you can return the product.

Important: Hygiene and exceptions
Our products are considered hygiene products.
If a product has been opened or shows visible signs of wear (such as hair, odor, stains, or deformation), the right of withdrawal is partially or completely void.

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

(MINT CONDITION)100% store credit or 90% refund

(HAIR, ODOR, SIGNS OF USE)100% store credit or 50% refund 

Please note : The product must be returned to us in new, complete (if you received a free product with your order, this must also be included), undamaged condition, preferably in its original packaging. Therefore, please ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.

In the event of damage or hygienic unsuitability, the refund may be refused entirely .
